I’ve been a New York City resident as well as a specialist in co-op and condominium sales and rentals throughout Manhattan since 1993. After residing in Greenwich Village for three years, I purchased a Chelsea co-op in 1996, the same year I received my real estate broker’s license. I also served as a member of my co-op association’s Board of Directors for two years.
I pride myself on obtaining maximum visibility for all properties I’m handling for sellers, utilizing print and web marketing tools in addition to ensuring that each REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York) firm also has the listing to offer to their customers. My working relationships within the brokerage community are excellent as I consistently try to be accommodating. I always endeavor to educate the buyers I work with on the specifics of the New York City market, listen carefully to what their guidelines are, and stay within those parameters.
I am an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York and Friends of the High Line.
